iTunes removing DRM… for a fee

For me, one of the most interesting announcements at Macworld 2009 is that Apple will offer DRM-free music on iTunes, while simultaneously establishing three tiers of music prices.
Record companies will be able to choose whether they want their songs to cost $0.69, $0.99, or $1.29.

Apple: Don’t believe everything our ads tell you

In a previous post, we showed you an ad by Apple that was banned in the U.K. due to complaints of false advertising.
In the U.S., a man has made similar claims, but instead of simply making a complaint, he’s taking Apple to court.
